Cafe Lazika
Good tea is a matter of design.
Lazika began with one question in 2013: what should real tea be? Cafe Lazika carries that answer into the café table.
About Lazika
Lazika began in 2013 with one question: what should real tea be? We searched for the answer not on paper, but in the garden, the field, and the kitchen. Producing without burdening nature, walking shoulder to shoulder with local people, and giving labor its due all became part of how we think about tea.
We never saw tea as only tea. The garden it comes from, the moment it is picked, the way it is processed, and how many gardens meet in the same pot all change the taste, scent, and color. We chose careful design over industrial speed. We produce less, but we produce the way we believe in.
In 2022, we began focusing more deeply on the wellbeing side of tea. Our functional teas were born to accompany daily rhythms, sleep, calm, and cycles. First we loved them; then our regulars discovered them.
Today we still stand behind the same sentence: good tea is a matter of design. Not every natural tea is good, but every sip of well-designed tea should be good for both the labor behind it and the person drinking it.
